Hello! Thank you very much for visiting our website.
The social environment around us is constantly changing across borders with the spread of digital transformation (DX), globalization, low birthrate and aging societies and advancement of work-style reform affects all aspects of our lives.
Clients' values and lifestyles are increasingly diversified, needs have become more sophisticated, and require more detailed and high-quality services.
In addition, judging from our current efforts to combat infectious diseases, our living habits and work styles continue to evolve. For example, the spread of Remote work has shown its usefulness, but at the same time the value of real communication has been reaffirmed.
Our goal is to become a company that can fully utilize DX's digital technology and respond to the trends of the times such as a multicultural society.

Had been engaged in trade business related to overseas base expansion business, global logistics and international multimodal transportation in the international business division headquarters of a major logistics company.
Had been engaged in Japanese global systemically important banks (G-SIBs) head office, international department and compliance department (also served as the bank's financial group), passed the Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
Had worked on implement and planning Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) including the domestic branches, subsidiaries, affiliates and Chinese subsidiary.
Experienced in the compliance department of a major foreign bank, established Sunny Fudosan Residential.

I have lived in Taipei, Taiwan and Kawasaki, Japan for more than 15 years. I have lived in Kansai, Japan and have a lot of experience about moving in Japan. I can answer your various questions through my experience.
